New Starters September 2022

Welcome!

 

At Bagthorpe, each September, we have a group of children who start school in Year R, and another group of Year 3 starters, who are moving on from their infant school.   We are really looking forward to meeting everyone, but obviously, things are a little different this year, due to the pandemic.  We have made this new web page, which we hope is going to help you get to know our school before you start.  Hopefully, you will now have received a letter from me, explaining the plan for the next few weeks.  This includes being in touch with your child's new class teacher, who will be using the pages below to share information with you over the next few weeks.  If there is anything you want to speak to them about, please use the class email addresses.  Also, if there is anything you would like to discuss with me, please do not hesitate to get in touch.  We look forward to meeting you and your child soon.
