CEDAR CLASS (Y3)
Class email address: email@example.com
Hello and welcome to Cedar Class.
I am Mrs Hammond (I am the one without the fur!) and I will be the Year Three class teacher next year. I have already met some of you because of your older brothers and sisters, but I look forward to meeting the rest of you. I also am very excited about teaching you all. I have heard lots of good things from your Y2 teacher, and I know that next year is going to be lots of fun!
This is Mrs Harrod, who is our teaching assistant. Lots of you will get to work with her throughout the year. She is very lovely and kind. She also organises lots of our outdoor learning, where we go into the woods every week.
If you are ever worried about anything - or if you have any questions - or if you just want to say hello - use the class email (at the top of the page) to get in touch.
CHILDREN' S SECTION:
In this section you will find a weekly activity to help you learn about our school and new class.
Do one activity each week, and keep looking at them over the holidays to help you know everything about our school.
THIS WEEK'S ACTIVITY
29TH JUNE - ACTIVTY THREE - THE CORE VALUES.
In our school we follow the core values. These are like six rules, which we follow to help make our school a happy and caring place.
With a parent read through the core values, which are on the slide show below. Then make a leaflet or a poster to show what they are. Bring this in to school in September so that we can put it on our display.
Click on the stars below to take you to the activites from previous weeks.
Keep doing the activites over the holidays to learn more about our school.
This will make you more confident and happy about becoming a new starter.
